Shipping policy

Delivery times 

We do our  best to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days (NL) after receiving the payment. All orders placed before 5PM (Monday till Friday) are processed the same day. Orders received on weekends or National Holidays are processed the next working day. 

When you order an item with a longer delivery time in combination with a stock product, we wait until your order is complete before shipping it to you. 

For Europe and other countries, the expected shipment time is 4-6 and 8-12 working days.

Shipping Costs

Please note, if you reside outside of the EU you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
